The only downside was the mattress could have been a tad softer, but overall, we were really happy with our stay! 😊

I noticed a hole in the curtains and a less-than-fresh coffee maker that seemed questionable. The noise from the bathroom vent was overly prominent, especially when the neighbors above were showering. A bit of sprucing up and attention to basic repairs could seriously enhance the experience.

My flight got canceled, and I ended up staying here for one night. The bed felt great with nice linens and comfortable pillows. The room was clean overall. I had the chicken salad from the restaurant, and it was fantastic. The hotel location is very close to the airport, so that was convenient. However, the shower surround in room 243 needs replacing soon. I also think they should consider offering WhatsApp communication for shuttle notifications. I had airport Wi-Fi but no phone service after the flight was canceled. I had to borrow someone’s phone to arrange the shuttle, which was a hassle.
